Deliveries are only made from Monday to Friday
Please note that orders placed on the weekend or an (official) holiday will be processed on the first subsequent working day. If we are unable to send your goods within this time frame, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer make any changes (product, size, color, delivery address).
You also always have the option to place your order (s) over My Account track. At any time, around the clock.
The tracking number for your order can be found in the shipping confirmation that we will send you by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Should you receive a damaged package, please contact our customer service.
Before accepting your delivery, please check the box and its contents for possible damage that may have occurred during transport.
It is normal for the box to be a little worn, but if the damage is significant we ask that you do the following:- In the case of minor damage, please accept the package and note the damage on the delivery note, sign and date it.
- If the box looks badly damaged, you can refuse your order. Please contact us immediately under these circumstances.
When contacting our customer service team, please have your order number, item number, and tracking number (all of which are included in your shipping confirmation email), along with your email address and telephone number, ready.
