This right of return applies in addition to statutory warranty claims when purchasing defective goods according to §§ 437ff BGB. These statutory warranty claims are not restricted in any way by the following statements on the right of return.

How can I make a return?


Put the items you want to return in the shipping box. Stick the return label that you received with your order onto the package and remove or cover the original shipping label. If you miss the return label, our customer service team will be happy to help.


If the package was delivered by post, please hand it in at your nearest post office. If the package was delivered by courier service, please deposit your return with a representative of the courier service or check the courier service's website to arrange a home pick-up.


To ensure that the package arrives safely, we recommend that you request proof of shipping. Please remember that you are responsible for the return shipping until we receive the package. You will receive an email notification as soon as we have processed your return. You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase, within 10-14 days depending on your bank.

Return Policy


Your online order can be returned to us within 60 days of receipt without giving a reason or for notification.


Please make sure that you do not send returns from multiple orders in one package, so that we can receive your returned items as soon as possible. Goods must be returned in the condition in which they were received - with the original label attached. We do not accept or refund goods that have been worn or washed. If the quality of the items has deteriorated due to such wear and tear, we reserve the right to return the goods to the sender.


If you cancel your order, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including the costs for standard delivery and administrative costs (if applicable), immediately, but no later than 60 days after the day on which we received your notification of the return of the goods received.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever comes first.

As soon as the products you have returned have been checked and checked in our warehouse, you will receive an email with a notification of the reimbursement. Refunds will be made to the same card or account that was used for the original order.

It usually takes 8-10 business days for refunds to appear on your bank statement. The time it takes for the amount to be credited to your credit card depends entirely on the terms and conditions of your credit card company. You can always check the status of your refund on your online account or by contacting your card provider.

In order to receive a full refund, it is important that we receive the goods in the same condition in which you received them (the returned product must be complete, unworn, unwashed and with all the original product labels).
